Using nature as
her focus, Jean's fine art compositions and use of color make her
work adaptable to many different decors. Her florals
incorporate both settings in nature as well as some still lifes
placed in natural domestic settings. Wildlife is caught in
suspended animation in natural settings. Though most of her
inspiration comes from her native Great Smoky Mountains, she is
interested in other settings as well (see "Morning Gathering" -
